MANAGING PARTNER
W. Lynne Brown focuses on helping injured and disabled clients navigate the Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability systems, with an emphasis on clear communication and practical guidance.
W. Lynne Brown is the Managing Partner of Ozurovich, Schwartz & Brown, APC, also known as OSB Law, in Torrance, California. She has practiced with the firm since 1992 and has devoted more than three decades of her career to representing injured and disabled individuals in California workers’ compensation and Social Security disability matters.
Ms. Brown has been a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law since 1999. Her extensive experience, combined with her longstanding involvement in the workers’ compensation legal community, has made professional education and leadership an important part of her career.
She has been a regular member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) since 1992 and currently serves on its Board of Directors. She has also been a member of the CAAA Women’s Caucus since 2013.
Ms. Brown previously served as President of the Harbor Area Applicants’ Attorneys Association from 1998–2000 and again from 2013–2015. From 2010–2013, she served as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee of the State Bar of California.
An experienced speaker and legal educator, Ms. Brown has presented for the City of Carson, the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, and the California Lawyers Association, including programs associated with the Workers’ Compensation Section when it was formerly part of the State Bar of California. She has also participated in CAAA educational programs and served as a moderator at CAAA’s 2025 Winter Convention.
Ms. Brown is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), reflecting her additional commitment to representing individuals pursuing Social Security disability benefits.
Her professional service has extended beyond her legal practice. From 2010–2012, she served on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Foundation’s Grand Cru Fundraiser.
Ms. Brown earned her undergraduate degree in Public Administration from UCLA in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1991.
Throughout her career, Ms. Brown has remained committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate and effective representation to injured workers and disabled individuals while contributing to the advancement of the legal profession through leadership, education and service.
Fun Fact: Outside the office, Lynne is an avid concertgoer and loves live music. Her favorite bands include The Beatles and The Plimsouls.
